- One-time placement fee per hire. There is no ongoing markup, no hourly cut, and no payroll pass-through — you pay your worker directly.
- Pricing confirmed before recruiting starts. We review your request and agree on the fee with you first. Nothing is billed until you approve.
- Replacement search. If a placed worker leaves within the first 30 days, SqueakyLeads will run one replacement search at no additional placement fee, subject to our replacement policy.
