Premium walkthrough opportunities are larger commercial cleaning opportunities — typically businesses looking to hire a commercial cleaning company — and may be purchased separately when available. Your $99/month Pro membership includes the platform, tools, training, prospect data and SqueakyLeads Pro benefits — not unlimited premium walkthroughs. SqueakyLeads provides access to opportunities and the tools to pursue them; customers decide whom to hire, so work is never guaranteed.

How does onboarding work, and is it automatic?
It is not automatic. After you join, a member of the SqueakyLeads team builds your Pro workspace by hand using the information from your onboarding form, then emails and texts you a secure link to set your own password. Typically within 24 hours.
Do I need a setup call?
No. There is no required call, demo, or onboarding meeting. You complete a short form and we build your workspace. If you want help, you can book optional setup help — but it is never a condition of buying or getting access.
What are the 1,000 prospect records?
They are prospecting records — business contact data for potential commercial clients. They are not 1,000 live customer cleaning requests. Each record holds a company name, location and the available contact details for the kinds of businesses you told us to target, such as apartment complexes, property managers, offices, medical offices or dealerships. You choose the targeting and do the outreach yourself. Available data varies by business and source, so we do not guarantee that every record contains every contact field.
How often does the 1,000-record allowance refresh?
It is a monthly allowance tied to your paid billing period: a fresh allowance of up to 1,000 records opens each time a Pro invoice is paid. Unused records do not carry forward into the next period. It is a paid-member benefit, so a Pro trial includes full platform access but not the prospect data — that unlocks when your paid membership begins.
Are prospect records the same as SqueakyLeads customer Leads?
No — they are two different things. SqueakyLeads Leads are customer and opportunity listings: real people or businesses looking to hire a cleaner right now. Pro prospect data is business information you use to reach out yourself. Leads come to you; prospects are who you go after.
Which county of Leads access is included?
One eligible home county is included with your Pro membership, for as long as the membership is active, and there is no separate county charge for it. The lead-alert add-on is covered for that county too. Any county you add beyond the included one is billed at that county's own monthly price from the Leads section of your dashboard.
What if my county is on the waitlist?

Do my SqueakyLeads Leads appear in my Pro workspace automatically?

How many jobs can I post for free as a Pro member?
Up to 5 free job posts every rolling 30 days, posted from your Pro account. That allowance is separate from the ordinary free home-county posting every SqueakyLeads account already gets. Beyond the allowance, additional listings go through the standard paid posting flow.
How does the 7-day trial work?
A qualifying SqueakyLeads Leads purchase earns a 7-day SqueakyLeads Pro trial. Claim it from this page, complete the same short onboarding, and your trial begins when your workspace is activated — not when you claim it. No card is required to start.
How does the 30-day Premium trial work?
A qualifying Premium Leads purchase earns a 30-day SqueakyLeads Pro trial. It works exactly like the 7-day trial, just longer. If you qualify for both, the 30-day trial applies — trials do not stack, and there is one Pro trial per business.
When does my free trial start?
When your Pro workspace is activated and your access is sent to you. Not when you buy, not when you become eligible, and not when you submit the form — so you never lose trial days waiting on setup.
Can I get setup help?
Yes. Setup help is available and completely optional — you can book a time, message us from inside your account, or email squeakyleads@gmail.com.
